Booking information

WE DARE YOU to travel on our Evening Ghost Trains!  What Ghostly goings on will you encounter............... please use your judgement when booking for younger children (you know your children better than we do & we don't want to upset anyone!).  Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted.

Seating is ALLOCATED - If you wish to be seated with your Fiends please only make one booking to ensure that you are sat together - give us a call to add further members of your party should others wish to join you on your adventure.

The time you have chosen is your train departure time - please be on the Platform 10 minutes before this time to avoid missing your train.

If the trains have sold out we will be unable to fit you on a later train.  No refunds/exchanges will be given.

Children under the age of 16 MUST be sat in a carriage with a responsible adult.

Our doors will open at 18.00pm, please do not arrive any earlier.

Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY & all bookings attract a £1.80 booking fee.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded unless in the event of cancellation by Whistlestop Valley.  See our Terms & Conditions for info.
