Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY - please do not call, message or email to make a booking as we will not be able to help.

PLEASE NOTE:

The time you choose is your Story Time slot with Santa. Please arrive around 10 minutes before this time to enable us get you seated ready for Story Time, do not be late as we maybe unable to accomodate you on a later slot.

Our doors will open at 10.00ampm and close at 15.00pm

VOUCHERS, OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS ARE NOT VALID FOR THIS EVENT.

NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON OUR STORY TIME WITH SANTA EVENT - Service Dogs Are Allowed.

There is no Steam Train Ride on the Main Line included at this event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the service is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley. If a service operates as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend/use their tickets, no refund will be given.

Story Time With Santa 2025

Bring your little ones on selective Thursdays throughout December and enjoy a Magical Story with Santa!

Infants under 1 MUST purchase a ticket and will recieve a Whistlestop Valley Keepsake gift.

The time you select when booking is your Story Time slot. Please arrive around 10 minutes before this time to take your seat, if you arrive late we maybe unable to accomodte you on a later Story Time Session.

What Happens On The Day

Enjoy a festive interactive story with Santa
Collect a magical Christmas coin from Santa to spend in Santa's toy shop
Complimentary hot chocolate & cookie for the adults
Complimentary juice & cookie for the children
Photo opportunities with Santa
Unlimited rides on the traditional merry-go-round (subject to availability Whistlestop Valley does not own the merry-go-round)
Unlimited rides on the Clayton Flyer miniature railway
Unlimited access to the playground at Clayton West
Unlimited access to The Pillow (covered jumping pillow)
The shop will be open for those last minute Christmas gifts
The Firebox Cafe will be open serving festive refreshments (hot food will finish at 14.00pm)
Access to our outdoor picnic area (please note your own food cannot be consumed inside the cafe).
Please note The Shed will not be available for games or tables during our Christmas events.

Terms & Conditions

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
Whistlestop Valley is a no ticket no entry venue due to all inclusive ticket prices
If the event goes ahead and a ticket-holder is unable to visit for whatever reason, we regret that tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, transferred or exchanged
All tickets will be available collect on arrival from the entrance cabin. You will recieve an email with your order reference number and booking details.
All bookings will incur a £1.80 per booking fee
