All-in-One Train Ride + Facilities Ticket (general admission)
Please note:
You can arrive anytime from the time you have chosen (10am or 11.30am) and stay with us until we close for the day at 17.00pm
Once here, you can travel on any train service you wish, your ticket includes unlimited rides, but please be aware that seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are wishing to depart on a specific train PLEASE be on the platform in plenty of time.
On a GREEN TIMETABLE, trains depart the stations at the following times:
Clayton West Departures: 11.30, 11.10, 11.50, 12.30, 13.10, 13.50, 14.30, 15.10 & 15.50.
Shelley Departures: 11.10, 11.50, 12.30, 13.10, 13.50, 14.30, 15.10, 15.50, 16.30
On a PINK TIMETABLE, trains depart the stations at the following times:
Clayton West at 10.20, 11.30, 12.40, 13.50 & 15.10.
Shelley Departures: 11.00, 12.10, 13.20, 14.30, 15.50
Our entrance cabin will close at 14:30pm.
Children 16 or under MUST be sat in a carriage with a responsible adult.

Wherever possible, tickets should be purchased online, in advance of your visit. This can be done at any time before arrival subject to availability. We regret that we cannot accept telephone or emailed bookings on the day, and we cannot guarantee availability for walk ups on the day.

If you are an Annual Pass Holder, you should have received a letter from us detailing your booking instructions. If you haven't received your letter, or you're having issues booking, please contact us on 01484 865727 or info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk. Bookings should be made online and will be subject to availability.
If you wish to use a complimentary ticket, pass, voucher or offer you have received, you will need to contact us at info@whistlestopvalley.co.uk to make a booking at least 48 hours in advance, or follow the instructions for online booking found on some tickets/vouchers. When doing so, you will need to provide the details found on the voucher, so please have this handy when booking. Without it, we will be unable to make a booking for you. Please note you will also be required to hand the voucher into the Ticket Office on the day of your visit. We regret that bookings will be subject to availability.
If your child is a Max Card holder, or you are a registered Carer, you are entitled to special discounted tickets for some events/tickets (please check with us for exclusions!). Only one carer per booking is permitted. PROOF MUST BE SHOWN UPON ENTRY. Proof is the MAX Card and, for carers, proof must be PIP or DLA documentation. No proof will result in full price being charged upon entry.
REMEMBER: Your Max Card also entitles you to 10% off all purchases in our gift shop (needs to be presented at the till)
