Seats are allocated for this event, if you wish to be sat with other parties please book as one group.
Children 16 or under MUST be sat in a carriage with a responsible adult.
Ben & Holly will be at Whistlestop Valley On Monday 25th August 2025!
The time you have chosen is your train departure time. You are welcome to arrive from 9.15am when our doors open and welcome to stay with us until we close at 5pm.
Trains depart Clayton West at the following times:
10:00 10:40 11:20 12:00 12:40 13:20 14:00 14:40 15:20
Only one return journey is permitted at this event so please ensure you have completed everything you wish to do at Shelley station before your return journey back to Clayton West.
You may spend as long or as little as you like at our Shelley station. Seats on your return journey are not allocated and will be on a first come first served basis. PLEASE make sure you are waiting on the platform in good time if you want a specific departure train back to our Clayton West station
Trains depart our Shelley station at the following times:
10:40 11:20 12:00 12:40 13:20 14:00 14:40 15:20 16:00 16:40*
*If you return on the 16:40 train the facilities will be closed at our Clayton West station
Upon arrival at our entrance cabin you will be issued with a wristband which has your train departure time on, carriage letter and seat number. Please be on the platform around 10 minutes before this time! Ensure you are wearing your wristband at all times throughout the event as this event is all inclusive. Whistlestop Valley is a no ticket no entry venue.
As well as your return steam train ride (25 mins each way), all THIS is included in your ticket price:
Ben & Holly will be out to meet and greet you at various times throughout the day. You will recieve an email nearer the time with these times.
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley. If an event operates as scheduled but a ticketholder is unable to attend/use their tickets, no refund will be given.
Whistlestop Valley will do its best to run the advertised event. Should Whistlestop Valley cancel an advertised event or service, tickets may be transferred to an alternative service (subject to availability) or a full refund may be given.

Each booking transaction will incur a £1.80 booking fee regardless of the method of booking.
