The time you have choose is your Story Time slot with Santa

Children under the age of 16 MUST be sat with an adult on the train journey.

Our doors will open at 13.00pm and close at 18.00pm

NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON OUR STORY TIME WITH SANTA EVENT - Service Dogs Are Allowed. If you wish your four legged friend to visit Santa please book on our Santa Paws Service

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the service is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley. If a service operates as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend/use their tickets, no refund will be given.

Bring your little ones on selective Thursdays throughout December and enjoy a Magical Story with Santa!

The time you select when booking is your Story Time slot.

What Happens On The Day

Enjoy a festive interactive story with Santa
Collect a magical Christmas coin from Santa to spend in Santa's toy shop
Complimentary hot chocolate & cookie for the adults
Complimentary juice & cookie for the children
Photo opportunities with Santa
Unlimited small fairground rides (subject to availability Whistlestop Valley do not own the fairground rides)
Unlimited return steam train rides to Cuckoo's Nest only (total journey time of 20 minutes) - Trains depart every 30 minutes from 13.15, the last train will depart at 17.15pm
Unlimited rides on the Clayton Flyer miniature railway
Unlimited access to the playground at Clayton West
Unlimited access to The Pillow (covered jumping pillow)
The shop will be open for those last minute Christmas gifts
The Firebox Cafe will be open serving festive refreshments (hot food will finish at 17.00pm)
Access to our outdoor picnic area (please note your own food cannot be consumed inside the cafe). Please note The Shed will not be available for games or tables during our Christmas events.

The time slot you choose is your Story time slot. Story time will take place at: 13.35pm, 14.35pm 15.35pm, 16.35pm, 17.35pm

Terms & Conditions

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
If the event goes ahead and a ticket-holder is unable to visit for whatever reason, we regret that tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, transferred or exchanged
