A £1.80 transaction fee will be added per booking (not per ticket).
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the service is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley.
If an event operates as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend/use their tickets for whatever reason, no refund will be given.
