Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY - please do not call, message or email to make a booking as we will not be able to help.

VOUCHERS, OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS ARE NOT VALID FOR THIS EVENT.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the service is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley. If a service operates as scheduled but a ticket holder is unable to attend/use their tickets, no refund will be given.

TEA WITH SANTA

What’s happening on the day?

Allocated time slot for a delicious afternoon tea in The Shed
Santa himself will visit each table personally for a good old chat and to hear your all-important Christmas wishes
Each child will receive a golden coin from Santa to choose a gift from inside his Toy Shop
Unreserved/unallocated return steam train rides to Cuckoo's Nest available throughout the day
Tram platform rides (subject to availability)
The playground, jumping pillow and Clayton Flyer miniature ride-on railway will be open for unlimited use at Clayton West Station
The Firebox café and gift shop will be open

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The price is per table of four. We regret that we can only accept whole table bookings, even if there is less than four of you
Children over the age of 12 months will be classed as one person making up the table of four with a tailored afternoon tea served for them
The time you choose when making your booking is the time your alloacted tea slot in The Shed will start, it is NOT your arrival time! Please aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your allocated tea slot
Your afternoon tea slot will last for one hour
Visitors are welcome to arrive from 10am and stay until facilities close at 5pm, however you will not be able to change your tea slot once booked so please plan your timings accordingly (you will not be able to nip in earlier or later!)

Tea with Santa times

Tea with Santa will run on the following dates: 4th, 11th & 18th December 2023
Tea slots will start at: 10.30am, 12pm, 1.30pm & 3pm

Tea with Santa Ticket Prices

Table of four people (includes all persons aged 12 months and over): £79.95

Infant (under 12mths): £9.95 - no afternoon tea but a gift will be provided

Concessions, family tickets, discounts, vouchers, promotions, passes & offers are NOT available/valid on Christmas services
All bookings incur a £1.80 booking fee per transaction (not per ticket)
Advance booking is necessary – online only!

Terms & Conditions

Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
If the event goes ahead and a ticket-holder is unable to visit for whatever reason, we regret that tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled, transferred or exchanged
