Easter Eggspress ft. Whistlestop Wonderland

Have a cracking time this Easter as you hop aboard Whistlestop Valley's Easter Eggspress and join the wonderful Wonderland characters from our friends at the Fun Cast Character Company!

What's happening on the day?

The time you have chosen when booking is the time you will be allocated a train departure time from our Clayton West station to our Whistlestop Wonderland at Shelley station. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis. We will try our best to seat you on your chosen train but this will be subject to availability. 

Don't panic! We have enough seats to accommodate everyone who has booked and trains depart every 40 minutes.

* we may be able to fit you on a later or earlier train if you require (subject to availability) 

** If you travel on the 15.20 departure train from Clayton West you will have limited time to enjoy all we have to offer at our Shelley station

You are welcome to stay with us until we close at 5pm. 

Trains depart Clayton West at the following times: 

10:00  10:40  11:20  12:00  12:40  13:20  14:00  14:40  15:20

Only one return journey is permitted at this event so please ensure you have completed everything you wish to do at Shelley station before your return 

You may spend as long or as little as you like at our Shelley station. Seats on your return journey are not allocated and you will be on first come first served basis. PLEASE make sure you are waiting on the platform in good time if you want a specific departure train back to our Clayton West station 

Trains depart our Shelley station at the following times: 

10:40  11:20  12:00  12:40  13:20  14:00  14:40  15:20  16:00 16:40* 

*If you return on the 16:40 train the facilities will be closed at our Clayton West station 

You will be issued with a wristband which has your train departure on, please be on the platform around 10 minutes before this time, the White Rabbit likes to be on time! Ensure you are wearing your wristband at all times throughout the event. 

As well as your return steam train ride (25 mins each way), all THIS is included in your ticket price: 

• Meet & greet with the Easter Bunny at 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm & 3.30pm
• Rides on The Clayton Flyer miniature railway
• Outdoor adventure playground
• Jumping pillow
• The Shed indoor toy area 
• Food available from The Firebox

Once the steam train has taken you to Shelley, all this awaits you at Shelley Station with our Whistlestop Wonderland characters:

• See if you can beat the White Rabbit in an egg & spoon race
• Enjoy a round of croquet with the Queen of Hearts 
• Make an Easter bonnet with the help of The Hatter
• Will you be able to find all the March Hare's clues in their Easter hunt?
• Tram platform rides
• Outdoor playground
• The Turntable dessert parlour

You will not be booked on a return service from Shelley - you can leave on a train of your choosing.  Trains will depart every 40 minutes from 10.40am until the final departure from Shelley at 4.40pm.

Once you've completed all your activities and filled in your Easter Eggspress Passport, you can head to the shop at Clayton West for a delicious prize! 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by Whistlestop Valley.  If an event operates as scheduled but a ticketholder is unable to attend/use their tickets, no refund will be given.

Whistlestop Valley will do its best to run the advertised event. Should Whistlestop Valley cancel an advertised event or service, tickets may be transferred to an alternative service (subject to availability) or a full refund may be given.
